Trump makes history as the first sitting President to attend a Super Bowl

Expectations were high for a thrilling match-up between the NFL's top two teams, but the attention was on President Trump and pop superstar Taylor Swift.

The Kansas City Chiefs, two-time champions, suffered a striking defeat at the hands of the Philadelphia Eagles, who won 40-22.

In a historic move, Donald Trump became the first sitting U.S. president to attend a Super Bowl, making his appearance shortly after returning to the White House.

His visit coincided with the NFL's decision to replace the phrase "End Racism" in the end zone with "Choose Love" for Super Bowl 59. When his face was shown on the big screen during the game, Trump was met with a mix of cheers from the crowd.

While Trump was a focal point of attention, Taylor Swift also captured the audience's gaze.

She attended to support her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, who was attempting to secure a Super Bowl victory. However, her first appearance on the stadium's big screen was met with a wave of boos.

Trump commented on the situation on his Truth platform, joking, "The only one who had a tougher night than the Kansas City Chiefs was Taylor Swift. She got booed out of the stadium. MAGA is very unforgiving."
