Award-winning cinnamon roll brand SHOT ‘N’ ROLL has announced the opening of its new kiosk at St James Quarter!
Lovers of cinnamon rolls get ready for a new bakery kiosk SHOT ‘N’ ROLL opening up in Edinburgh preparing you for the perfect cozy Autumn indulgence.
Since launching in October 2023 in Aberdeen, SHOT ‘N’ ROLL has quickly made a name for itself in the Northeast coffee and baking scene. With three locations in the Granite City already, this marks the brand's first venture into the central belt of Scotland.
The kiosk will operate seven days a week, featuring a rotating selection of the signature cinnamon rolls and delicious tray bakes, including brownies and brookies.
Customers can look forward to up to eight different flavours of cinnamon rolls available at any time, ensuring there's something to satisfy every sweet tooth, featuring favourites like banoffee pie, tiramisu, and strawberry frosted birthday cake.
The rolls are naturally vegan, making them a delightful treat for those on a plant-based diet.
In just one year, the independent business was honoured with the Federation of Small Businesses Scottish Start-Up Business of the Year award.
The St James Quarter kiosk will be open from 11am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, and from 12pm to 6pm on Sundays, with the official opening set for 11am on Friday, October 4th.
