Broadcaster Alex Beresford and his father Noel have emerged as the victors of the thrilling Celebrity Race Across The World 2023 competition.
The 43-year-old TV presenter and weatherman described the experience as the "toughest" he's ever encountered, yet one that he will forever "cherish," especially because he shared it with his father.
Throughout the series, the father-son duo embarked on a remarkable journey, traversing 24 countries and covering a staggering distance of over 10,000 kilometers.
Their adventure began in Marrakesh, Morocco, and culminated at the final checkpoint in Tromso, Norway.
In a fierce competition, they managed to outlast other celebrity duos, including McFly drummer Harry Judd and his mother Emma, who secured the second position, and All Saints singer Melanie Blatt and her mother Helene, who finished in third place.
Notably, British racing driver and pundit Billy Monger and his sister Bonny, who had previously held the lead, had to withdraw at the outset of the final episode due to a family emergency, altering the dynamics of the competition.
