The Prime Minister has announced that an agreement has been reached between the UK and GlaxoSmithKline to help bottle and finish more vaccine doses. The majority of this work will be done in the North East. The move has been widely praised due to the imminent short supply of vaccines, which is expected to see the vaccine roll out slow down in the coming weeks.
