Congratulations are in order for Scottish tennis champion Andy Murray and his wife Kim Sears, as the happy couple have reportedly welcomed their fourth child together following a secret lockdown pregnancy.

Following the happy news, it’s being reported that Andy has pulled out of the upcoming ATP Tour event which is due to take place in Dubai.

Andy and Kim, who have kept their family life private since getting married 2015, are yet to publicly confirm the birth or reveal any details including their baby’s gender, name or date of birth.

The new arrival is Andy and Kim’s fourth child together, with the couple already being parents to five-year-old Sophie, three-year-old Edie, and one-year-old Teddy.

Speaking to The Times last year, Andy said, “It can be difficult because the eldest are always wanting – and getting – your attention, whereas the youngest one is left fighting for it a little bit more.

“But he’s a lot more interested in the active stuff, so far. He’s always moving around, and gets motivated by balls all around him. He just wants to throw and chase balls the whole time, whereas the two girls were a little bit more mellow at his age – so it’s quite different.”
